Q&A Session

How do I change my Will?

Provided you are of sound mind; you can change your will at any time you choose to do so. A new will replaces the old one provided there is a valid revocation clause.

For how long is a Will valid and how often should I review my Will?

Once a will has been made it remains valid until it is replaced by a new will or you marry or divorce in which case some of your will or your entire will be invalidated. Reviewing the need to replace your will depends on your circumstances. For example, as discussed above, in the event of a marriage or the birth of children. Generally, it is considered that you should review your will every five years.
