Prior to joining the firm, Nicola gained extensive experience in customer service roles and has volunteered at the Adelaide University Equal Opportunity Legal Advice Service Clinic, supporting people’s access justice. Her background in customer service has enhanced her ability to understand and respond to clients’ needs.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, swimming, and travelling.
